
Our Under 14s team are aiming to hit the ground running hard
when the new season starts by going through a rigorous training
program devised by TS Personal
Training. Concentrating on muscular endurance, agility and
speed, it's certainly been a change to training drills with
footballs as the boys have been put through their paces over a
number of sessions based around a kids Boxercise class.
